CGI Error The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
Got the above error. Below is my configuration information: System Information

hello, Im trying to install movable type on localhost because I want to get used to it, the problem is that I cant install some of the required extension like DBD::mysql; DBD::SQLite; DBD::Pg (version >= 1.32); DBD::SQLite2; Crypt::DSA, I have downloaded them from here [http://search.cpan.org/dist/DBD-mysql/] and I extracted the files to the c:/perl/lib but still not working, I would really appreciate if any of you can tell me how to install these , thanks !
