501 Method Not Implemented when click comment author's link

Hello, I just upgraded to mtos 5.01 a few days ago, everything seems fine. But today when I click a comment author's link below an entry, I got 501 error as following: GET to /mt/mt-comments.cgi not supported. Additionally, a 404...
