I am designing the template for a Category Archive and would like to list all categories except the Category for the current archive. I tried to code (simplified) it like this:

But this is wrong on two counts: All categories are displayed and the If tag does not seem to work. Second I only get entries in the Archive category repeated inside each block.
Can someone see what is it that I am doing wrong?

]]>We can see a history of modified time of each posts in the control panel.
And We can show the latest modified date with "MTEntryModifiedDate".
But, I would like to show a history of modified time on a page:
2013-05-22 00:45:22
2013-05-22 00:43:22
2013-05-22 00:00:22
2013-05-21 00:45:22
...
Is it possible ?

My current site gets absolutely slammed with comment spam. I am still using templates created in MT 3.5 and when I tried to turn on authentication, I could never get it to work. I'm currently redesigning the site. I upgraded MT and created a second version of the blog using all new templates (that I've formatted with the new look and feel I'd like to use). When I use any of the built in authentication options like Google or Yahoo, I am able to log into those sites but I get the following messages back from my own server:

You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/mt/mt-comments.cgi on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I've checked my permissions for the indicated file and they are already set to 755.
Any idea what the problem might be?

I've just upgraded from MT4 to MT5.23
Everything seems to work except tag search. I've added new entries and changed the tags on a bunch of entries, but when I do tag searches I seem to only get historical results from before the upgrade.
Normal searches (using the search box widget) work fine and find new content.
I've republished the whole blog but no dice.
Any ideas?
