MT4 : publish date with the calender : problem

I have a trouble on Movable Type, Version : 4.1 with: Professional Pack 1.1 .
Plz. instruct me the way to solve the trouble?

When I set the date of a published content using the calender besides box,
the date is automatically altered into the date of the day before:
Namely, given the date on August 1 for example, it is registered as July 31.

This trouble is seen on FireFox, Chrome, Safari. IE6 has, however, no problem.
