I know of the plugin Visitor Stats for MT 4.x that shows you visitor statistics on page views for your blog, but there's nothing as such for MT5.
How can I track page views and all if I'm using MT5?

You could track your audience using Google Analytics or other online trackers (i.e. Piwik, Site Meter, ServuStats etc.).
Worth mentioning is that you could also contact Mark Carey asking him about his plans to make his Visitor Stats plugin compatible with v5.x.
One of the reasons he didn't do that was that he didn't have more than 1-2 requests for doing that.
So the more we ask him, the more chances for the plugin to become compatible with v5.x.
