Refeed type plugin for V 5.1

None at all? Is there another way I can republish my pinterest feed in my MT blog?

If you are using MT Pro 5.1. You can use mt:feed tag to pull RSS feed.

There is another plugin that post entries from the feed.

Jun, great to see that Dave took reBlog and launched a new issue. I recall that I've used it with excellent results way back in 2003/ 2004.
