Hey,
i'm trying to instal MT with xampp for nearly 4 hours now and still it won't work.
I changed the "#!usr/bin/perl -w" in every file
but now it says theres an failure and maybe the server is overloaded or theres an failure in a CGI-script

If you are asking for Mac then you can try AMPPS, a softaculous product, its a very nice software. You can install MT on a single click.
