Hi Minto,
I would strongly recommend Pair Networks, Inc. They have a movable type friendly environment, excellent network and support.
They are based in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
I've heard about them from my customers since 2001, I've worked with them since then and from 2004 I've started to use them myself.
Later I've opened a partnership with them and I've offering the following hosting solution to my movable type customers:

I currently host MT-driven sites at five different hosting providers in Europe and the USA. There is really nothing particular, technically speaking, regarding MT hosting. Your options are VERY large and depend on your budget, your availability requirements, where you want your site hosted, your own capacity to deal with the hosting technical aspects (are you able to manage a server or are you scared of command-line? you don't say ;-)…
Thanks Mihai Bocsaru, Its really nice to find here,
