This is a very easy question, but one I'm having a hard time figuring out the answer to.
Currently, my blog does not show the date when I publish posts. I'm trying to figure out how to change the settings so that the date shows up, but I'm at a loss.

You would have to add the following coding to your relevant templates, meaning the templates corresponding to the page types where you would like to display the posts dates.
