Hello Masoud,

The movable type v5.x architecture involves:

1) one or more parent websites

Inside such a parent website you could publish only pages, not also entries, because "pages" are specific to websites.

Also, under a parent website you could have one or more children blogs.

2) one or more children blogs

This could be configured only inside parent websites.

Inside a blog you could publish both pages and entries.

The notion "entry" is specific to blogs.

If you don't like the setup with the parent website and the child(ren) blog(s), then you could use movable type v4.x where there is no this architecture with parent/child and you could get both pages and entries when creating a blog.

1- i want to have a website for free downloading and daily archive(daily entries) in home page, like this www.softarchive.net...
i want have this on the host root no sub doomain
2- also i want have 10 weblog for 10 user like blogger...
MT 5 is very okey for number 2 but what can i do for number 1 or you say that how can i a children weblog be on host root?

You could set a child blog to publish to the path as the parent website ;)

So MT is installed to this address: http://www.sitename.com/website/site

Too much secrecy and the sitename thing created a bunch of broken links on this page...

What you are describing there is confusing!

You could have MT installed at:
/cgi-bin/mt/

Then you could have the parent website publish in the root.

And the child blog publish either on the root as well, or inside a sub-folder called as you like, say "blog".

yes that is right
i published my weblog in root of host inside website
it work currectly... but if add a new Page in website of mt and publish it again, website main index be active and when add a entry and publish weblog, weblog main index be active

If you use both the website for pages and the blog for entries, then if you have both to publish on the same location, it is normal that the main page is always coming from the last one that published something (the website or the blog).

To avoid, this you could either have the website publish on the root and the blog inside a sub-folder, or you could completely ignore the website and have the blog publish also on the root, but use only the blog for both entries and pages.

Whatever works better for you!

Alternatively, you could keep them as they are, but remove the "Main Index" template from the parent website and keep using the website for pages and the blog for entries and eventually also some other pages...

What is nice about MT is FLEXIBILITY! ;)

if i have 10 weblog for 10 user in my website, can i give them a password for evry weblog? or all access to website?

You could create an user account for each user.

Then you could provide privileges to any user only to the blog where you would like them to have access to, and what kind of access/privileges you want them to have there.

I first create a weblog and in User Manager Add a user and in "Website URL" field, write address of weblog and then create user.
i test it... work currct and user can log in and manage weblog...
one question: in New User pannel there is a field
" Create personal blog for user "
but is unEnabled...

It is not enabled because very few people would like to have MT create a blog for each and every new user.

how many weblog can create and the speed be up?

This cannot be counted so easily.

It depends on the server performances.

With a very strong one you could have hundreds, with one based on a few server with load balancing you could have thousands, while on a very slow one you might want to limit to tens in order to not get all the time time out issues...

As said by Mahai server performance is the key. It all depends what you are looking for.
