I have a development blog and after development is finished we export templates set and then deploy it to other blogs.
I used Japanese TemplateSetExporter v0.72 plugin in MT4.
But after upgrading to MT5 I can export template set but I am not able to import it back to another blogs.
Question: What I can use to organize templateset export/import operations?

On movable type v4.x I've used:

With excellent results. As of last year on April, this plugin wasn't compatible with v5.x. You may like to try and see.
Still on movable type v4.x I've used this other plugin with excellent results, as well:

But even if any of these 2 plugins won't work, you still have a chance to write your own template set in YAML.
About 10 days ago I wrote such a theme for a project. It will surely work also on v5.x.
Alternatively you could hire somebody like me to make the theme importable for you.
