Widget Manager Upgrade Assistant

I just upgrade from MT 4.0 to 4.37. When I logged in to do the database upgrade, it said I need to update or install the Widget Manager Upgrade Assistant Version 1.1. I can't find this anywhere or any instructions as to what this is. Can someone post a link or assist? Thanks.

    That is an announcement about what the upgrade is going to do.

    Just click on "Begin Upgrade" and the process is going to be executed for you.

    WidgetManager is a plugin shipped witht he movable type installation.
