Error with CustomFieldsSearch plugin

I am getting following error while search some custom field in MT 5 Pro.

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at /var/www/html/plugins/CustomFieldsSearch-0.2.5/lib/CustomFieldsSearch/App.pm line 558.
/CustomFieldsSearch-0.2.5/lib/CustomFieldsSearch/App.pm line 558.

Can someone please let me know the solution for this issue?
