AutoLink broke

I am having trouble with Endevver's Autolink version: 0.9.6 on MT 4.35. The links appear in the Entry Preview, and my edits show up in the static file, but no links.

Has anyone been able to make AutoLinks work with MT 4.35, or had problems with other recent versions?
