I have the follow page linked in navigation div on top home page, this page have a link to another static page with tag @energia:
Title: Programma
Body:
keyword:programma
tag: @topnav, @programma
The page with tag @energia is folllow:
Title: Energia
Body: there is only
and text
Keyword: energia
tag: @energia
Why can't I see the link in programma page and redirect on click in permalink?

Your code got chewed up. You need to repost it with the < and > escaped.
I removed
About the error in moovable type, I noted that in a static page the
Scripting moovable type work only in template not in page.
Is it correct in your installation.

It only works in the templates. Movable Type does not process pages once they are published.
Ok I added real link of page that you can find when in dashboard section manage page click view in page.
