Copy of MT version 2.64

I have a very old install I had to zap after exporting the database. I need to reinstall 2.64 and then upgrade.

Can anyone point me to a place to download 2.64? Or provide me with some docs on upgrading the database to the latest without actually installing MT 2.64?
