Can someone please help - for some reason MT keeps having me sign-in every 2 seconds. Its very annoying. Is there someone on the MT side in this Forum to help?
It started this weekend and is still an issue. Nothing has changed on my end. Any advice would be welcomed : )

Not a single change since this began to happened on Saturday. It was fine days before.
When are you getting that annoying effect?
Looking at your Website there is no login feature that I could see, so I guess that you're having that issue on the movable type admin.
If that is the case, I would recommend you to connect to the database using phpmyadmin, to select all your database tables and to choose the command "CHECK TABLE" from the commands drop down menu.
That might report you that you've had some mySQL issues with one or more tables, probably the "mt_session" one.
After that, you would have to again select all your mySQL database tables and pick up the command "REPAIR TABLE".
That should fix your issue!
