How to read plugindata table with c#

Hello everybody,
Currently we use MT 1.51 Enterprise with php front office.
We need to develop an .NET WebControl and read data created by extrafield plugin .

Extrafield data are stored and serialized in plugindata table.
Does some one can explain me how to read data with C# code?
