Does Bob-the-Rebuilder plugin work for 4.23?

The plug is installed, RPT is running every 30 min but nothing seems to happen.
The pages were set for rebuild under system/manager.
comments seem to show some people had problems with this plug in and its not six-apart supported.
Anyone have thoughts/ides on how to resolve?
