Has someone who purchased this support package share their experience with it?
What all is included? Are more online resources made available, beyond the publicly accessible documentation?
I am thinking about making a purchase as I have been having trouble getting some answers to questions on the forums.

not good as well as not bad. sixapart will answer for your questions at any rate within a working day. most helped and saved me far much amount of time. there is no special resources or materials. staffs will point out necessary resources for you already available around us. or they will write down detailed steps needed to resolve problems. on the other hands, they will strictly stick to terms and conditions. however, they may give you some tips regarding the issues beyond terms and conditions. Anyway, they will answer :-D
It is well worth the money for our site. We just renewed our Support for another year. As Hyok says no extra resources online.
Most times the resources are online, thanks to Beau and the team, Support just points out how to best use X to solve Y.
They have helped me out of a few sticky situations, and provided answers to my questions of how to program MT to do what I want.

I am seriously considering purchasing the support package. I can see that the potential for relatively low cost web development is vast however, with a small amount of support I will be 100% more effective in using this excellent resource.
