logout grayed out

I am on the dashboard of my dice collection site and the logout link is grayed out.

I don't see a list of themes either. Just the one I was using before I upgraded. So how do I add additional themes ?

    I would suspect that the upgrade has not been completed correctly!

    Are you sure that you've removed your previous installation files, and that you've uploaded all the files in ASCII mode, excepting /mt-static/ which should have been uploaded in BINARY mode?

    You may also like to send me access to your FTP and MT Admin to check it for you.
