CKEditor will not apper?

Hi, I just installed the CKEditor for Movable Type 1.021.
When i try to make a new entry or the editor will not appear?

Any ideas?

    Have you enabled the plugin itself ?

    * Select [System Overview] on the navigation
    * Select [Tools] > [Plugins] on the side bar
    * On "System Plugin Settings", enable "CKeditor"

    then

    * Select "Rich Text" on the editor

    The plugin is showing as enabled but when opening an entry page it does not show after clicking to show Rich Text in the format box.

    How do I get it to show?

    Have I missed a step somewhere in the process?

    Have you install the plugin properly especially for mt-static files ?
