Can't load blog #. - MT5.01

When trying to change the profile pic in the system panels it gives me this error. I was able to create the folder for the profile pics in the system and the previews now work. I can click 'continue' but then it gives me the error above.

I'm not sure where it's looking to get the blog number. I upgraded from 4.3 to 5 yesterday. No rush on assistance.

    It works when I am logged in under my administrator username so perhaps there is a permission setting that includes updating the profile photos?
