Support Features and Contact Periord

I have put a couple of quote requests for Movable Type Enterprise edition license over the past 1 week but no one has contacted me yet? Normally how much time they take to contact you? I am outside US as well. Plus can enterprise edition give us special features like giving an option to users to select default language of blog as Arabic?

    Well it has been Thanksgiving in the US, I don't know how much of an effect that has on response times.
