Problem Publishing my entry!

I was writing my entry and I have posted imgaes and embed some videos.
After I finished I pressed publish or save entry so It can be in my website. However, while I did that I have gotten an Error!

An error occurred
close DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'entry_has_been_notifixed'

Please help me I have been trying to figure it out for 4 hours!!
