looking for thin, thin, wide style for MT 4.32

I am presently using MT 4.32 with Tristan blue 4.2 style.

I have over 10 Pages of Faqs, etc. But with the above style, only 7 of the Pages show.

With a change to wide, thin, thin, with the above style, all Pages show; however, the game maps get cut off on the right side.

I have been unable to figure out why 3 column shows all Pages, but 2 column doesn't.

So I am interested in 1 of 2 fixes.

1) a 2 column, thin wide, style that shows all Pages, no matter how many I have

2) a 3 column thin thin wide or wide thin thin style that doesn't cover the maps up and still shows all Pages.

The map PNGs are 650 to 700 pixels wide, 800-900 pixels high. Most are 650x800
