Recently the dashboard stopped working on one of my blogs.
When I try to log in the browser will either download the mt.cgi (Safari) or just hang on ***/mt.cgi (Chrome & Firefox).
The problem seems to be isolated to the dashboard on the blog with id=1.
I can log into other blogs on the same MT-installation (e.g. ***/mt.cgi?__mode=dashboard&blog_id=2) and I can also log into the blog with id=1 - just not directly to the dashboard (e.g. ***/mt.cgi?__mode=list_entry&blog_id=1). When logged in I still cannot get to the dashboard on blog_id=1.
Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

Check under Manage->Users in system view to see if you still have any permissions/roles assigned to your account for the blog with id #1.
I've had this issue in the past with MT Stats widget. If you have a lot of traffic and have some of the graphs turned on it can take to long to load and just time out
Thanks for the replies, Mike and Jim.
@Mike T: I've checked - and I do have permissions/roles assigned to the weblog. I've tried to add a new user with permissions - but unfortunately without results…
@Jim Walczak: I think you nailed it! I checked the folder mt-static/support/dashboard/stats - and there are a lot of entries. I first tried to remove the entries in the folder - hoping that would allow the widget to load again. It didn't. I then tried to disable the GoogleAnalyticsWidget - and (lo and behold!) the dashboard worked again :-)
Thank you very, very much!
I've been having issues with mine janeburnz I think i might just start a new thread though.. this one's old
