SpamLookup help

Hello I made a curious discovery.
According to the documentation plagin embedded in MT 4:25 SpamLookup, should be visible through a link.

But in the version of MT 4:25 which I am developing the link is not visible, why? Someone had envi problem?

This even though the 3 plagin have been set.
