Privileges on IIS 7 Web Server 2008

Has anyone successfully installed Moveable Type on IIS 7 Web Server 2008?

If so, could you answer two questions for me:

1) What do you have your privileges set to and is there anything special I need to configurations wise (re-write urls or anything) that I may be missing

2) Image Magik - Do I need to install Apache for windows for Moveable Type to recognize Image Magik? I installed Image Magik and in fact created the image magik logo so I know Image Magik is in fact working
