How to edit tags in bach mode or similar

Hi, my name is Nicolás

I have a website in MT 4.32 whit 12.000 entries, and 12.526 tags.

I want edit my tags, in fast way.

I have tags like:

"My Home Is Red"
"my home is red"
"My.Home.Is.Red"
.. and words like that..
....

There is any way to edit tags in fast way to correct this. (¿In Bach mode?) I want erase all tags like this and put only one. I want see after the changes in my entries.

    Just go to Manage > Tags and change each tag name you want to reconcile with the new name. MT will re-associate all entries accordingly. Once you're finished, republish your site (or just the templates that show those tags).

    Thanks François but one by one (12.500 tags) is to much to edit.

    Maybe an external aplication, or script. For sample to rename:
    "home" to "Home". I have a lot of tags with "car" and "Car". Producto of bad migration to MT.
