Maybe I'm missing something here but is it possible to comment on someone's twitter post if it's displayed in the action stream? I only seem to be able to comment on "quick posts" and not on tweets for example.
Is there a way to implement that?

At this point, commenting is associated closely with objects in the mt_entry table such as entries and pages. If you want that, you'd need to file a feature request.
This is something I'd love as well. The documentation for Action Streams is confusing here: http://www.movabletype.org/documentation/motion/actionstreams/index.html
Using it, you can aggregate those actions for your reference, promote specific items to blog posts, and stream the whole set to your friends and readers
Isn't that basically what we are asking for? If so - how do we do that?
