Hi, from the wording of the description of the blogger license I can't figure out if I can use the blogger license for a non-commercial blog that has more than 1 author. The blog I'm building will have about 5 authors in the beginning and may grow a little more after a while. It won't have ads and will not be about marketing anything at all, it will just have reviews written by amateurs for fun. Can I use the blogger license for it without worries?

If you want a rock solid, iron clad "yes" or "no," then you're going to have to ask SixApart sales. However, according to their FAQ there is no reason why you would have any problems:
IANAL, the FAQ's description for the business license which follows that paragraph is pretty cut and dry. To be required to buy a commercial license you would have to be a corporation, a partnership, a LLC or an incorporated non-profit.
Since you are going to just be running this on your own finances, and the only ads you would run would be for your benefit to cover the costs of the site and maybe a little something else, there is no reason why you'd fall under the business license based on 6A's materials.
OK, I hoped to get some kind of official response but I'm out of time and I have to make a decision, so I'll go with the blogger license. Thanks again Mike.
