Better Asset Handling with Better File Uploader

Upgraded to 4.31 Pro - and happy to find that Better File Uploader (BFU) has been updated also.

By far my most favorite plugin - works cleaner that MT's Asset manager (although MT is much better in 4.31).

BFU2.3 also works great with Light Box for cool photo features.

Thanks Dan for a great upgrade to an already great plugin.
