In the Advanced Configuration at http://www.movabletype.org/documentation/enterprise/system-architecture.html we see the Publisher dropping published content onto an NFS/File Server. Page Servers then fetch .html from the File Server to deliver to browsers.
Is it madness to think that the Page Servers ought to be serving up from local disks rather than going through NFS all the time?
Since we have a lot more reads than writes, should we consider having the Publisher publish to a File System local to it and then for (say) rsync to be used to distribute that content to Page Servers?
