TypePad AntiSpam compatible with SpamLookup plugin?

I just upgraded from MT 3.2 to MT 4.261. In the list of plug-ins I see TypePad AntiSpam 1.0 and 3 SpamLookup plug-ins (Lookups 2.12, Link 2.11, Keyword Filter 2.1). Do they all play well together? I put a lot of keywords in to filter against while using MT 3.2. Will that still work?
