CSS for Author profile page

Vote 0 Votes

I have pretty dramatically altered the stylesheet and some of the HTML templates for MT 4.25 Community. Everything is working fine, but, the author profile page is not picking up any stylesheet code.

I have tried creating a new profile-view.html file with the Stylesheet indicated in the header, but, all I get when trying to save this template is an error:

"You used an 'AuthorDisplayName' tag outside of the context of a author; perhaps you mistakenly placed it outside of an 'MTAuthors' container?"

Could someone explain to me where the mt-cp.cgi script used to call the Author profile page gets its CSS directive from, so I can fix this. How is this default profile_view page created, as it didn't appear in the blogs or system's templates. Yet, the link on the main page produces an Author profile view page.

Confused! Thanks in advance.

If you need to share template code, replace all the "<" signs with "<" or use this utility.
