I'm having an issue with refreshing. I've read that this shouldn't occur but whenever a new topic is posted or commented on, that user cannot see their latest post unless they hit refresh on the browser. Do i need to implement a auto-refresh script in the page or is this not to supposed to happen. I've read it's because the auto generated pages are html pages and they're cached.

never mind, i changed extensions throughout the forum to aspx since i know html was getting cached and it seems to fix my issue.
