The default fields to display on the entry screen are set to show title, copy, excerpt, etc, but instead of getting those fields I'm getting second set of Save and Preview buttons.

When I'm in the entry editing screen the Display Options is no longer clickable. If I go under Preferences > Entry any changes I make do not get applied to the entry screen. For example, if I set the action bars to be top only I still see them on both top and bottom.

If I turn off style sheets I have no content between the action bars.

I've tried: re-uploading mt-static, disabling plugins, re-uploading the main mt cgi files, checked permissions.

Don't know why this didn't happen on the first install, but the problem has been solved.
