Check the display options on the right side of the editor. Also, check the preferences for Entry to see if you've lost any settings.

When I'm in the entry editing screen the Display Options is no longer clickable. If I go under Preferences > Entry any changes I make do not get applied to the entry screen. For example, if I set the action bars to be top only I still see them on both top and bottom.

If I turn off style sheets I have no content between the action bars.

I've tried: re-uploading mt-static, disabling plugins, re-uploading the main mt cgi files, checked permissions.
