Rebuild Problem

I'm new to MT and getting this message when I try to rebuild one of the blogs. I think it is a permission problem but cannot figure out where to fix it. Help! Anyone have ideas? Thanks

    How much of that path exists in the filesystem already? If /home/athensac/athensacademy.net/ exists, does it have adequate permissions to let MT write to it?
