Index Templates Customization

Hi Mike,

I am waiting 4 your reply , i do not want to show login and edit profile links on my blog application , i want user to redirect to the login page when he/she first time opens the application. For this i edited "/var/www/index.html" and it got reflected but as soon as i create new entry by clicking on the "create entry" link and on the thankyou page when i clicks on the back to main index page link then it again created the edit profile link page and mywhole templates files got refresed.

Please suggest for the same , any help would be greatly appriciated.
