Help with Pernicious Spam Please

I've been getting this kind of thing in a steady drip drip drip for days and would like to stop it.

The body is always a variant on

HDArJu comment4 ,

The IPS float about and the various emails and usernames are always garbage too.

I've got SpamLookup Spamlookup Link and Spamlookup keywords installed on

MovableType 3.3

but nothing seems to stop these spamlets that slip right by moderation.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
