I just had what seemed like a perfectly fine upgrade to 4.261.
However, although the static front page is fine, dynamic publishing seems to have died:
I get the following when trying to access entry, date or category archives:
The requested page could not be found.
Page not found - /blog/000407.html
(Although searching seems to work fine.)

Did you move your installation? Or do anything to your database? Whether you did or not, you might want to check make sure that you rebuild, as there are some database tables (mt_fileinfo specifically) and files (.htaccess, mtview.php) that need to point to the correct place.
