I've updated from 4.25 to 4.26 by uploading all contents of the archive and requesting the mt-update.cgi afterwards which told me that everything has been updated to 4.26.
The problem is that MTs dashboard doesn't work any more.

Everything else works just fine, just the dashboard can't be displayed.
The "DebugMode 100000" directive didn't show up any errors.
What can I do about this?

Is it possible some files were uploaded incorrectly (ASCII vs binary), or are incomplete? That's the most common cause.
What do you expect "DebugMode 100000" to do? It looks to me like 143 is the highest possible value.

Due to the fact that "DebugMode 10000" showed a debug window, I assumed that all possible debug messages are shown.
I uploaded all files manually, I uploaded all files by overwriting the old files, I uploaded the archive and unpacked it via command line. None of these worked.

My only other though is that maybe some of the cached stats for the dashboard is corrupt. Does deleting mt-static/support/dashboard/ help?

I created a backup and set up a fresh installation. Everything works fine, but when I import the backup and access the backed-up blog's dashboard I get the same error.
