405 method not allowed

Suddenly no comments were arriving in the web site.

Tried to make one my own, and the following message appeared:

405 Method Not Allowed
This type request is not allowed!

Have been hanging around my server configurations ever since, but i do not c how this could happen.
Maybe the mime types?
