MT Community Solutions Template not working as expected ...

Using MT 4.25 with current Community and Pro Packs.

The out of the box template does not appear to work correctly in some respects.

1. reCaptcha is displayed only for the Comment Form for the First Entry

2. Clicking the "Leave a Comment": link on any entry other than the first jumps to the Comment Form for the first Entry

Cannot find any fixes or reports on this. Please post fixes or proper usage.
