HTML Printer-Friendly page shrinks

I have a web application that has print-friendly pages (html) that work just fine for me and most other people, but I have someone in a different office where the print-friendly page shrinks/condenses whenever they print the same print-friendly page.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Sounds like a browser issue. Some browsers do that. IE tends to cut off entire areas of content, whereas Firefox scales the whole page down to fit on the paper.
