Action Streams Error on the Log

I just upgraded from MT4.24 to MT4.25 (and consequently from Action Streams 1.0), and my log is loaded with these errors:

"Action Streams died with: Not a HASH reference at /home/jsign/webapps/htdocs/mt/plugins/ActionS treams/lib/ActionStreams/Plugin.pm line 15."

Any guidance on what I can do to fix it?
