Comment Subscribe

There is a plugin called comment subscribe that allow commenters to receive email notifications when additional comments are added. But I can't find the installation guide of this plugin, the creator's page isn't available now? Will you show me the instruction? Thank you very much.

    As I know the plugin developer I'm going to see if he has all the code and instructions available.
    In any case you just need to add this code snippet to your comment form:

     <div id="comment-form-subscribe">
<label for="comment-subscribe"><input type="checkbox" id="comment-subscribe" name="subscribe" checked />
Subscribe to comments.</label>
</div>

    I'm going to see if there any other bits of code needed ...
