Transferring entries from MT 3.2 blogs to MT 4.25

We are moving to a new server with Windows 2008 where we will install the latest version of MT.

The blog sites that we have on our current server are running MT 3.2 and we would like to be able to transfer all previous entries to the new server/MT blog.

Can anyone point me to documentation on how to do this?
