E-Mail Notification of new blog posts

Dear all,

Up until now I used Movable Type 3.33, a couple of days ago I installed MT 4.24 and am still getting used to the way things work differently.

On MT 3.33 I was able to have users register for E-Mail Notifications of new blog posts. I was searching the forums and the MT dcumentation but can not find anything on Mail Notifications in MT 4.24. Did this function disappear or is it still available?

Any help on how to find it or if it's not available anymore on how to integrate it (didn't find a proper plugin for that either) would be highly appreciated.
